We're a membership-based healthcare clinic that offers unlimited access to your provider for a flat monthly fee. No co-pays, no insurance hassles — just real care, when you need it.
What services are offered through membership?
Primary Care, Medical Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Wound Care — each with its own membership plan and benefits.
Do I need insurance?
Not at all. We don’t bill insurance — your membership covers unlimited visits for one flat monthly fee. However, we recommend keeping a high-deductible insurance plan for unexpected expenses like hospital visits, imaging, or surgeries. You can still use your insurance for labs, medications, or outside services if needed.
How much membership cost?
Membership plans start at $85/month for individual members.
We also offer:
Couple membership: $160/month
Family membership: $200/month (up to 4 members)
Choosing a couple or family plan helps you save more compared to enrolling individually.
Can I sign up for more than one service at the same time?
Absolutely! You can bundle services — like Primary Care + HRT or Medical Weight Loss + Wound Care. We’ll work with you to create the plan that fits you best. But just a heads-up — medications and lab fees are not included in the membership.
What’s Not Included in Your Membership
Your membership covers unlimited visits and many in-office services. The following are not included in the membership fee:
- Medications & Prescriptions (filled at your pharmacy — but members get access to discounted pricing!)
- Lab Work & Blood Tests
- Imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, etc.)
- Hospital & Emergency Room Services
- Immunizations & Vaccines
Cosmetic procedures (like Botox, fillers, microneedling, etc.) are not part of the membership but are available as additional services in our clinic.
